Overview
The Guns N’ Hoses Art Challenge proudly supports fallen heroes and their families. Every artwork purchased through this site directly contributes to that mission. To help maximize charitable proceeds, we cover standard shipping within the continental United States at no additional cost to you.
All artwork orders are fulfilled by Michael Israel Inc., which handles publishing, signing, embellishing, packaging, and shipping. Michael Israel Inc. ensures each piece meets the highest standards of quality and authenticity before it leaves the studio.
1. Shipping Within the Continental U.S.
Shipping is free within the continental United States.
This cost is covered by us and Michael Israel Inc. to ensure more of the proceeds benefit the charity’s mission.
If you would like to further support the cause, consider adding an extra piece to your order — every additional purchase helps fund more programs for fallen heroes and their families.
2. International & Expedited Shipping
We currently offer shipping throughout the U.S. and can accommodate international or expedited orders on request.
Because costs vary by destination, please contact us before ordering for a quote at art@michaelisrael.com.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by your local government. These charges are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the buyer.
3. Processing & Production Time
Each artwork is crafted to order to ensure authenticity and quality.
• Standard pieces typically ship within 1–4 weeks.
• Signed or hand-embellished pieces may take longer, depending on Michael’s touring schedule and studio workload.
When your artwork ships, you will receive tracking information by email.
4. Packaging
Every piece is packaged with the utmost care to protect its value:
• Smaller prints (such as 5x7, 12x18, and 16x24) are shipped flat with rigid backing boards in protective envelopes.
• Larger pieces (such as 24x36 or 42x63) are carefully rolled in heavy-duty art tubes or shipped stretched and boxed, depending on the order type.
• Embellished or framed pieces may require additional time and specialized packaging.
5. Delivery & Tracking
When your order ships, a tracking number will be provided by email.
Please monitor your shipment and ensure someone is available to receive it at the delivery address.
If the carrier marks your package as “Delivered” but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, building management, or your local carrier office before contacting us.
6. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us immediately upon delivery at art@michaelisrael.com and include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the package and damaged artwork
If your order is lost in transit, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Michael Israel Inc., at its sole discretion, may repair or replace the artwork to ensure you receive your piece exactly as promised.
7. Ownership & Risk of Loss
Ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the artwork has been handed over to the shipping carrier.
We recommend using a secure delivery location. If your order requires a signature upon delivery, please ensure someone is available to receive it.
8. Storage & Pickup
If you are local and wish to pick up your artwork directly from Michael Israel Studios in South Florida, please contact us to schedule a pickup time.
Orders must be picked up or delivery arranged within 30 days of notification that the artwork is ready. Unclaimed orders may incur storage fees.
9. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.
We cannot be responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
10. Returns & Refunds
All sales through the Guns N’ Hoses Art Challenge are final, as proceeds directly benefit charity programs.
