All payments made through this site are processed to Guns N’ Hoses Art Challenge’s bank account.
Michael Israel Inc. owns the intellectual property rights, copyrights, and trademarks related to all artwork, the Michael Israel Inc. logos, and the artist’s likeness. Michael Israel Inc. fulfills all artwork orders, including publishing, signing, embellishing, packaging, and shipping.
If an order is lost or damaged during shipping, Michael Israel Inc. will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the artwork.

Art prints are produced on professional, archival-quality papers or canvases. Paper weight, texture, and surface may vary slightly over time based on availability, but all materials meet our quality standards.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of products offered without prior notice. Product availability is not guaranteed.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Guns N’ Hoses Art Challenge reserves the right to accept or decline any order. Orders are not final until payment is received and confirmed.
Because each piece is made to order and proceeds support charitable causes, all sales are final. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

Shipping within the continental U.S. is free and covered by us.
For international or expedited shipping, please contact us prior to purchase. Delivery timelines are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Once products are transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you.
If your artwork is lost or arrives damaged, please contact art@michaelisrael.com immediately with photos and order details. Michael Israel Inc., at its sole discretion, may repair or replace the artwork to ensure you receive it as promised.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND OWNERSHIP
Guns N’ Hoses Art Challenge owns this website, all Guns N’ Hoses logos, branding, and marketing content, as well as the payment processing infrastructure.
Michael Israel Inc. owns and retains all intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, and publicity rights related to:
• All original and reproduced artwork
• The artist’s name, image, and likeness
• All Michael Israel Inc. logos and branded material
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of these rights. You may not reproduce, distribute, display, or exploit any content or artwork from this site without prior written permission from Michael Israel Inc.

We may provide access to third-party tools (such as payment, shipping, or tracking services) which we do not control. These tools are provided “as is” and “as available.” Your use of such tools is at your own risk and subject to their own terms.
